By accessing this website, registering for a membership, or booking an experience with Vacaxion Cvlt, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and policies.
1. Membership & Registration

  • Age Requirement: Members and trip participants must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration.

  • Access & Booking: Joining Vacaxion Cvlt grants members access to view and register for private events and retreats.

  • First-Come, First-Served: Booking a free membership, subscribing to a paid membership, or receiving password access does not guarantee a spot on any specific retreat or event. Trip registrations are accepted on a first-come, first-served basis upon receipt of booking fees.

  • Paid Membership Subscriptions: Paid tier subscribers may cancel their subscription at any time through their account settings. However, paid membership subscription fees are non-refundable, and no partial or prorated refunds will be issued upon cancellation.

2. Retreat Cancellations & Refund Policy

  • Notice Exceeding 30 Days: Participants may cancel their trip registration and receive a full refund minus a 20% non-refundable cancellation fee, provided written notice is submitted at least thirty (30) days prior to the scheduled departure date.

  • Notice Within 30 Days: Cancellations submitted within thirty (30) days of the scheduled departure date are strictly non-refundable.

3. Itinerary Changes & Unforeseen Circumstances

  • Right to Modify: Vacaxion Cvlt reserves the right to modify, reschedule, or substitute any activities, venues, or itinerary components without prior notice due to adverse weather conditions, vendor cancellations, safety concerns, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

  • Alternative Experiences: In the event of such changes, Vacaxion Cvlt will make reasonable efforts to provide alternative activities or experiences of comparable quality and value.

  • Right of Withdrawal: Participants who cannot accept modified itineraries as the sole remedy have the right to withdraw from the trip, provided they submit written notice within seven (7) days of receiving notification of the changes. Upon timely written notice, a full refund of paid fees will be issued. No other compensation, damages, or remedies shall be available for itinerary modifications made in accordance with this clause.

4. Media Rights, Shared Albums & Photography Consent

  • Media Release: The participant grants Vacaxion Cvlt permission to record, photograph, and film the participant during all trip activities and related events. Any captured media may be used by Vacaxion Cvlt for promotional, marketing, and archival purposes across all platforms including social media, websites, and print materials.

  • Shared Group Albums: Notwithstanding the foregoing, all photos and video content uploaded by participants to shared group photo albums, shared drives, or trip chats shall remain the collective property of Vacaxion Cvlt. The participant waives any claim to ownership or control over such materials and acknowledges that Vacaxion Cvlt may edit, reproduce, and distribute such content without further notice or compensation.

  • Opt-Out Requests: Participants may request exclusion from photography by submitting written notice to Vacaxion Cvlt prior to the trip. However, Vacaxion Cvlt reserves the right to include the participant in incidental background footage.

5. Code of Conduct, Safety & Immediate Dismissal

  • Behavioral Expectations: Vacaxion Cvlt is dedicated to maintaining a safe, inclusive, high-integrity, femme-centered, and LGBTQ+-allied environment. Disruptive behavior, harassment, intimidation, or failure to respect designated sober spaces will not be tolerated.

  • Right to Terminate & Revoke: Vacaxion Cvlt reserves the absolute right to terminate a member's account, revoke community access, or immediately remove an attendee from an ongoing trip or event at any time, at the Company's sole discretion, if their behavior violates safety or community standards.

  • Financial Responsibility Upon Dismissal: In the event an attendee is dismissed or removed from a trip due to conduct violations, no refunds or credits will be issued for unused portions of the trip. The attendee will be solely responsible for any costs incurred for their own immediate return transportation, lodging, or damages caused.
